How PECS Uses Website Information
This notice applies to quote requests and website visits on pecsclean.ca.
Quote Requests
When you submit a quote form, PECS collects the details needed to respond to your cleaning request, including your name, phone number, email address, selected service, job notes, address or area details, preferred service date, and photos when you choose to upload them.
PECS uses this information to contact you, prepare an estimate, schedule work, follow up on the job, and keep internal records.
Advertising Measurement
PECS may use submitted contact details and technical visit data to measure whether advertising led to a quote request or won job. This can include advertising click identifiers, page and referral details, IP address, browser user agent, session attributes, and hashed email or phone values.
Hashed contact values are transformed with SHA-256 before they are used for Google Ads offline conversion measurement. PECS does not sell customer contact details.
Third-Party Tools
PECS uses website and advertising tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Netlify, Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Cloudinary. These services help run the website, route quote requests, store uploaded photos, and measure marketing performance.
